Our Customer Service Centre (CSC) was established to enable residents to contact us more easily, offering greater consistency and freeing up local housing and maintenance staff to deliver services on our schemes. We take pride in offering excellent customer service.
The CSC consists of a team of customer service advisors led by two team leaders and a head of customer service. The team will be able to deal with your query or direct you to someone who can.
