Resident Involvement

At FHA we believe that we should be accountable to our customers for the policies we follow, the standards of service we deliver and the decisions we make.

Our Resident Involvement Strategy sets out our objectives for involving you in our work, including developing our services, policies and business.

Our Resident Involvement Impact report looks back over the last year and shares the achievements and involvement that our resident have had with us.

There are a number of ways you can get involved in the running of Foundation Housing including;

  • The One Group (General needs housing service improvement group)

  • FHA and EMH Elders Group (Positive engagement and activities for customers over 55)
  • 4Women (Positive engagement and activities for women)
  • East Midlands Housing Group Sounding Board
  • Area and estate based Residents Groups
  • Foundation News quarterly magazine
  • Estate Walkabouts and Inspections
  • Surveys We recognise that there is still a lot of work to be done and with your help we can achieve more.

There is lots we can do together to make things better for everyone, and we always make sure our activities are interesting, fun and informative.
