Foundation Housing Association aims to provide accommodation for those in the greatest need whilst addressing the needs of the African Caribbean community.
The Association operates on a points based system initially to identify those with the greatest housing need.
However, the Association recognises the sharp increase in those households seeking accommodation, and understands the importance of maintaining our community-based goals.
Our stock ranges from bedsits to 7 bedroomed large family adapted properties, all within the Leicester city area and predominantly in and surrounding the Highfields area.
At present the waiting list for housing is closed due to a high volume of applicants waiting to be rehoused.
