11% increase in overall satisfaction at FHA

FHA are delighted that there is an overall satisfaction with Supported Housing of 95.2%. This is an improvement from 84.4% in 2006, and represents a significant 11% increase in satisfaction in one year!
FHA will continue improving customer satisfaction through its Service Improvement Plan, Focus Groups and Service User involvement.
