The group are also used as a forum to consult on key issues such as new polices procedures, leaflets and generally how we can improve our service.

Nikk Chawda (Director of FHA)  commented “Not very long ago we were in supervision and now winning national recognition.  It is a credit to the staff who ensure we go the extra mile and get recognition."

Sheila Belgrave the Audit Commission inspector said "there are no hard to reach groups.  The fact we have a fully constituted group that is going from strength to strength and secured over £3,000 funding in its own right shows what can be achieved”.
