Foundation Housing is a two star organisation which is part of the East Midlands Housing Group. We currently have over 650 units of accommodation, and we have over 100 units of Supported Housing and two hostels. We are looking for someone to join our team who can answer yes to the following:
- Are you a confident communicator, especially over the telephone?
- Do you possess good keyboard and customer care skills?
- Do you have experience in dealing with the public and working in a team environment?
- Are you able to speak one or more community languages (desirable, but not essential)?
- Do you have the empathy and understanding to deliver customer driven services that are tailored and sensitive to individual needs?
